The Town of Shady Shores is seeking a part-time Office Clerk to assist with the following activities: assisting residents with various tasks such as; accepting building permits, payments and answering questions. Other duties include but are not limited to: answering the telephone calls, taking messages, assisting the Town Secretary and Town Council on special projects, filing, making copies scanning and other various general office tasks. The qualified candidate should possess a high-school diploma or GED; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other office machines and equipment. Previous municipal or office experience is preferred.
