You may make a Public Information Request by submitting the Public Information Request Form to the Town Secretary. There is a link on the website or you may contact Town Staff to assist you. Many frequently requested items such as minutes, agendas and other forms are readily available on our website. If you need assistance locating these documents please contact our office.
Beginning Wednesday May 4th Republic Services will be handling solid waste collection and recycling services. Solid Waste and Recyclables will still be collected on Wednesdays. Please contact town hall to sign up for service at 940-498-0044. Customer Service issues maybe reported directly to town hall. Republic Services will pick up an additional 5 cubic yards of bulky waste. You may request an additional cart for $8.00 per month. Acceptable items include 1.Toys and Yard Tools tagged as bulk item 2.Furniture 3.Bundled carpet in 4’ lengths 4.Fence panels no larger than 4’X6’ 5.Washing Machines, Dryers, Water Heaters & Kitchen Appliances 6.Refrigerators/Freezers (Must be tagged certifying removal of refrigerants) Unacceptable items include: 1.Commercial Construction and Debris 2.Remodeling Debris 3.Household Hazardous Waste 4.Tires Batteries and Propane Tanks 5.Additional Trash Bags 6.Un-containerized debris
Yes, Senior residents (65 or over) may come into town hall and present their government issued identification (the address on the identification, must match the address on the customer account).
Burn permits may be obtained by contacting the Lake Cities Fire Department at 940-279-4590.
