Granting of a permit does not presume to give authority to violate or cancel the provision of any local or state law regulating construction or the performance of construction. When a permit has not been issued within 180 days following the date of application, the application and plan review will expire. The town Does not assume responsibility for the workability of sanitary sewer on all lots. A Certificate of Occupancy must be issued before any building is occupied. The permit application must be presented with the applicant’s original signature. All submittals sent by mail or delivered by courier should be submitted to the attention of the Town of Shady Shores Development Department
