This is your opportunity to comment on an item on the agenda, or any other relevant topic. If the item on the agenda you wish to comment on is set for a public hearing, please give your remarks on that item when the public hearing is opened.

CONSENT AGENDA
Each item listed on the consent agenda is considered to be routine by the Town Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.  Information concerning consent agenda items is available for public review.
    A. March 2017 Financial Reports
    B. Minutes of the March 13, 2017 Town Council meeting.
    C. Approval of 2017 Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment to Municipal Telecommunications Right of Way.
   
8.
COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS
Consider and take any appropriate action relative to appointing council members to work with town staff on the following committees:

A. 2017/2018 FY Budget Committee
B. Building Permit Procedures Committee

Consider and take any appropriate action relative to reappointment of members serving on various committees.
9.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Vernon’s Texas Codes Annotated, the Town Council may hold a closed meeting.

1. Sec. 551.071.  CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY;  CLOSED MEETING
    (1)  “The town council will seek the advice of its attorney about:
(A)  regarding contemplated litigation;  
(1) Tera Di Lago Drainage Issues

    (2)   on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body    under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State     
           Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter: 
       (A) Specific Use Permit- Passons Mobile Home Park

2.  Sec. 551.074. PERSONNEL MATTERS
1.  Evaluation and reassignment of any and all staff member duties

ACTION AS RESULT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Consider and take action on any items necessary as a result of Executive Session.

FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS AND STAFF DIRECTION
Discuss future agenda items and provide staff direction.

ADJOURN
The Town Council reserves the right to adjourn into closed session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed on this agenda, as authorized by Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberation about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberation about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices), and 551.087 (Economic Development).
